Iris Ehlbeck-Gehlert<\/strong> always keeps an overview and, as head of production, has been the organisational talent of berlin producers and its sister companies for over fifteen years. She juggles figures just as confidently as she deals with demanding (and less demanding) colleagues, filming problems and funding applications.
