October 2018 is the four-hundredth anniversary of the outbreak of the Thirty Years\u2019 War. The documentary traces the story of how it was finally brought to an end with the peace of Munster and Osnabr\u00fcck \u2013 the first peace in European history to be concluded at the negotiating table and not fought on the battlefield. The film is a German-Czech-Belgian co-production. With R\u00fcdiger Vogler, Axel Wandtke, Manfred M\u00f6ck, Anna C\u00edsa\u0159ovsk\u00e1 Markov\u00e1 and numerous other contributors.<\/p>\n
