They lead through deserts, through ice and snow, through jungles, through water and over mountains. Those standing before them are often filled with equal measures of trepidation and awe but definitely with a feeling of unease. They have no need of legends to instil them with a respect for those who set off along these thoroughfares – the actual conditions themselves suffice. There is only one goal – to arrive. It is a “Dangerous Road”.
