Mona Bard has an intuitive sense of rhythm and an unerring instinct for harmonic turns. A noticeable and audible advantage, not only in the conception and realization of her projects. And this is no coincidence: as a concert pianist and arts & media manager, she combines artistic standards with professional production management. She knows the world of classical music inside out, has excellent connections both on and off stage and has been bringing her passion to sounding images‘ productions as an editor and producer since 2024.

Heike Bundschuh

Heike Bundschuh is a Production Coordinator and a Green Consultant-to-be. A coincidental internship at NDR extra 3 was her introduction to the world of moving images. With a degree in Philosophy & German Studies under her belt, Heike gained experience in various departments before realizing that production was the right place for her. She learned how to plan, calculate, organize and keep an overview during her traineeship and as a production assistant. This was followed by positions as production manager and producer for image, corporate and advertising film productions.

She is currently training to become a Green Consultant.

Alva

Alva mostly works from home, but when in the office, she loves to cuddle with everyone.

Even though her mum doesn´t approve it, pink is her favorite color. She is also crazy about ball sports and actually any types of transport.

When she’s not guarding the production office and protecting it from other dogs, you´ll most likely find her in post-production.
